This restaurant also crafting a value proposition requires insight on what is unique about their restaurant and their foods and services. For instance, the service provide by this restaurant is good in term of their waitress serve the customers quickly and with politeness. This restaurant also provide a good and clear surrounding to their customers to enjoy their foods.

The nature of business that the Bukit Mata Seafood Restaurant focus on the seafood. Bukit Mata Seafood Restaurant have offers variety of seafood to their customers. For instance, the delicious and most famous seafood such as Stir-fried Curry Bamboo Clams, Oyster Pancake or  “Ochien”, Sweet and sour prawns, “Midin Belacan”, Assam Fish, Butter Crab, and others.

Stir-fried Curry Bamboo Clams (RM 13.50) a delicacy that has a special place in the heart of Kuching. This restaurant's food could be considered one of the best because the clams were very fresh and did not have any weird taste and also freshness is the main thing to look for in clams.

This is freshness Bamboo Clams look like before prepare or cook to the customers.

“Ochien” or Oyster Omelet or Oyster Pancake  — it’s made from oysters (obviously) and deep fried in flour. Don’t be deceived, it tastes way better than it looks. Amount is RM18.00.

Thread Fish (Mancong) #Asam cook with ''la zi tomato'' (RM18.60). This Asam Fish best as it was very appetizing.

There is '' la zi tomato'' look like. This food only can found in kampung area such as Siburan or Serian area in Kuching, Sarawak.

1. Midin is a must try in Sarawak. These wriggly yet crunchy jungle ferns are versatile enough to be enjoyed in many ways but sambal belacan style is our personal favorite.

6. Our group evaluation of this business

               Seafood in Kuching, Sarawak have become more famous and successfully attract many customers especially tourists nowadays. The seafood that offers by Bukit Mata Seafood Restaurant is delicious and special that cannot or less opportunity to eat these seafood in another country and maybe also in West Malaysia. The main objective for this restaurant is let the tourists can remember these delicious seafood to encourage they spending again in this restaurant and also can attract more tourists to come or visit to our Kuching. 
             Besides, at Bukit Mata Seafood restaurant, customers can expect quality and quantity minus the high price tag. This restaurant also offers air conditioning and a panoramic view overlooking the BDC residential area. Thus, we can enjoy our delicious seafood in this beautiful and comfortable surroundings. In additional, customers can also choose from the array of fresh seafood, meats, vegetables and more from the counter and have them freshly prepared for their customers in a variety of cooking styles. 
               Thus, customers can enjoy and eat the freshly seafood and choice these seafood based on our favorite. Bukit Mata Seafood restaurant also provides catering services for various events such as birthday party and buffet catering but can only booking at weekdays through send email or contact to the Evelyn who person in change in this events. Lastly, we suggest that visitors from foreign country should try our Sarawak seafood. 

We can choice the freshness seafood from this array before they prepare the freshness food to us.

This is the weight scales mechanism, the waitress will scales to customers see before take the seafood entry to kitchen. This method will improve the quality of the business and will obtain customer's trust to come again.  

This is the restaurant's surrounding look like and have also provide air conditioning place to the customers. There is very comfortable and clear place that we can enjoy our lunch at here.
